I just looked at it again and I think you're right, they're just standing there when the car hits and I think traps them underneath it, then flings them into the air.

Look at it again. (Play/Pause/Play/Pause...........) The guy in the beginning of the tape, standing closest to the camera is wearing all white. So are the two people on the other side of the road. The car was well on the camera side of the two ped's. I can only assume the two occupants in the vehicle were also wearing white?

I did the play pause on the large screen and I believe I can see where one occupant even leaves the car. or his arms are on their way out of the car....

Does not appear the other two on the far side of the road were affected at all.
