I actually have the iTunes download of that show. Those are officers from the gang unit. I thought it was quite interesting, I also thought that the problem is likely to get worse way worse before it gets better.

The problem is that people shoot each other over colors, skin color, or where they are. Its stupid, but it will never stop.

IMHO, it applies to every facet of the job.
