Washington DC TSA and a former Secret Service agent with a situation. Agent said she accidently spilled some liquid. I think someone was having a bad day. I would raise my voice, but not make a scene. I think that's the most wiping this lady has done in quite some time. Never know where the cameras are as other posts have mentioned.

Needless to say that was unnecessary and the alleged "Do you know who I am?" comment probably made it worse.
Btw, is it me or is that report very poorly written?

I don't fly much, but I did travel to Dallas earlier this month and can't say that I was impressed by the appearance or demeanor of many of the TSA officials. Just my limited experience, but they did not seem like the most professional bunch. :noidea:

I can't say I disagree with that. With the CHP process I have been and will continue to fly back and forth between Boston and San Diego. I always try to minimize the amount of things I take which may potentially cause some poorly trained (read: all) TSA individual to bug me.

The officer who wrote that report needs to take some English courses.
