I'm sitting in my office at work doing some paperwork with my scanner on and I hear the following call come out for an LAPD unit..."15A63 handel a 415 man at the intersection of Slauson and Tammeric. RP states a disabled male white is in the middle of the intersection spinning in circles in a wheelchair,drinking,shooting off fireworks and yelling obscenties at vehicles"....I'm sorry but that had me laughing for a good five minutes. Maybe Lt. John is right when he said the city cops do the real police work.:lol:

"Units, copy a BOL for a 10851 from xxxPD. The vehicle is a black xxx xxxxxxx 4x4 truck, license xxxxxxx, and it has a decal in the window..."Donkey Dick Racing Team"...Any information for xxxPD, end of BOL". that was the text of the BOL... What would Howard Stern say about that???:lol:

The theater of the mind really took over when I heard this call go out. I pictured this guy twirling around in a circle with a 40 tucked between his knees while lighting and throwing firecrackers at bystanders. I can just see the look on the cops faces when they roll up.
