PHS question

I just had a quick question about a reference that I might list. I have had a tough time finding 5 people that I have not worked with to use as a reference, and I was wondering if I could use my girlfriend as my last reference(I have 4 now). She has lived with me for 5 years, but we are not married yet. What do you guys think?
