That's wild. When CHIPs was a big hit was when I was in my prime on the job. Got a lot of mileage out of the show. Always thought it would be fun for them to film an actual live CHP show of me and a partner driving a hundred and ten miles out to the Nevada state line, going into a casino for our comp breakfast and turning around and driving back. Along the way we could check a few abandoned vehicles and write a ticket for expired registration. Might have to eliminate the nap that night though.:badgrin:
