I'm in, after finding out I wasn't going to be automically deducted. I didn't understand the procedure at first, but do now. I'll donate from time to time via this site. Great idea and one that might benefit any cadet hopeful at an oral board who could mention this site and state that he/she is a donator to a specific CHP charity, and has been using this site as a mentoring technique.
Once again KUDOS to DW. I give via payroll deduction too, but this is a marvelous idea. several friends and workmates of mine have been assisted by this fund over the years. Thanks for prompting us DW!

I had a bad experience with Pay Pal a few years ago so I'm rollin' the dice and hope they have the bugs worked out.

I just donated, Makes ya feel good. :biggrin: I know i would want my family to have help with unexpected fees in the event of my death.

Most definitely, I've been reading up on it and its a great Organization. It does make you feel good.

DW also has the option to pay via credit card instead of paypal. I'm in too.

Thanks for the link DW i think your doing a great thing here. I figure that if all of us active users put in $5 a month or even $5 a quarter it would be a very substantial donation of about $2500 a month or $7500 a quarter. I just want to encouarage others who have not yet donated to do so, it's not a lot of money and it goes to a great cause. As i mentioned above i would take comfort in the fact that if i was to die unexpectedly that my family would have a little help with my final expenses. Thanks
