Anyone out there that had their QAP during this time (Northern Division)? I thought I would be getting my QAP score yesterday (today, tomorrow :noidea: ), but it still hasn't come yet.

DW or Snowdog, you guys know if it is a good thing that my references have already received reference letters? I just want to know that I moved into BI, then I can rest a little easier knowing that at least I got a passing score on QAP.

I guess there is no one else out there from Northern, so I will have to represent. I got my letter today and passed, big relief. I don't mind waiting from here on out, just knowing I made it this far is more than I got back in my college days!

Congrats and I wish you the best throughout the rest of the process. I did the interview around the same time so, hopefully, I will be getting a letter in the mail soon.

Scheduling a mock oral interview will help you tremendously, when the time comes. Or, you can have some friends act as a panel for you and do it that way.

Is it just like a job interview? Or are there Law Enforcement Elements involved? Is the scoring formula a secret?

Honesty, Intergrity, Professionalism, dedication and knowledge of CHP will get you a good score.
