Exercise time!

During a normal shift is there a time or period you can use to exercise or go practice shooting at the range? If there is, is there a specific place for each division to work out or practice shooting?

I'm not sure about all of the different areas, but in the area that I work in, they schedule range shoots during your shift.

As for working out, that is all done on your own time.

Yep - the vast majority of offices schedule monthly range shoots during your work shift - you'll go on a specific day (sometimes at a specific time) for range training. Working out, as Capsicum said, is on your own time.
