My school is having a Criminal Justice career fair here on March first and thought if anyone had any advice on what questions to ask employers. I have and idea of what to ask such as their medical benefits and hiring process. But anyone who has gone through this before please chime in.

Retirement... Academy (do they pay for it / send you to a local one / run their own / live in...?) Salary & average overtime. Retention of Officers/Deputies/Troopers. Promotional opportunities...
