Southern Division Written (2/3/07)

Hey all, I am finally making the trip from NJ out to CA for my written...Getting really psyched for all of this.....

Anyone else here taking the test for Southern Division?

My paperwork got to them 1 day late on the 19th instead of the 18th so i have to wait until may to take my written.:cry:

Yeah, the test was pretty straight forward...the paragraph was the hardest part....I wont say whether or not I think that I did well...Dont want to jinx it....

Did a ride-a-long after....that got me even more stoked then before...the officer that I rode with was amazingly nice...All the officers at the station were very helpful and professional....

Just getting my butt in gear for the QAP and the PHS....

And why not NJ? Well there is no reason as to why not NJSP...They are a very professional organization. They do amazing things for the Garden State. I have an interest in the CHP for many reasons. For one, I love the state, secondly, I agree whole-heartedly with their mission statement philosophy because they, through the enforcement of the VC and education, help prevent loss of life..etc. etc.

Sorry for the ramble....

Oh, and I spent more time in the air then i did on the ground....it was a long trip...but it was totally worth it...look forward to making the trip again 3 weeks...
