A bit of advice... They won't disqualify you because your too honest. Hopefully you understand what I mean by this. I don't mean that you can say "Well, I have killed a guy before, but he deserved it." and still expect to get accepted because your honest. By listing as much information and being as honest as you can, it won't count against you.
I listed a job that was only 2 days long and I only did it to help my brother. I got paid for it so I listed it. Will it hurt me becuase I had a job that only lasted 2 days? Probably not, because of the circumstances. Will it help me because I listed something that I probably didn't have to. Maybe. If I didn't list it and the BI found it would it look bad? Probably, but why take that chance. Pay attention to details.
I am just an applicant as you our, but this is what I have learned from much reading on this very helpful forum.

You titled the thread "Is this considered an employer or job"? The only question you have to ask yourself is "Did you get paid for it"? I think you alredy answered that in your post.

I just came from a seminar today and it was very helpful. The BI talked about this and she said that she wants to see everything whether you were paid or not and even if it was volunteer work.

A lot of this can be cleared up by just reading the INSTRUCTIONS. PHS, page 10 at the top of the page.
"Begin with your most current employment, list EVERY job (self-employment, part-time, temporary, military service, internships, volunteer) you have held in the past SEVEN years. You must list all employment regardless of the length of employment. Periods of unemployment must also be included. [u][Addresses must be complete, accuate and current./u]
I don't think it gets any plainer than that.
