I thought it would be much more demanding, but it was actually lots of fun. Although I did find out just how out of shape I am when I felt like throwing up after the 100 yard dash. Congrats to all who passed!

yeah, it was an awesome experience. i should have warmed up a little more before running the 100. it's not the easiest thing to run the 500 with your quads on fire!
