Umm, 15 round magazines aren't civilian legal here in the People's Republic. :biggrin:shock:ubt: They're pretty much LE only, so if the buyer isn't a LEO and lives in Cali, they'll need to get the 10 rounds magazines.
so, i can never sell it to anyone other than LEO?

You can sell the gun, just not the mags.

If you notice though 5-0, no officers on here have made a comment about it...maybe you should try Ebay...or a gun show. It's to risky to just buy a weapon from someone, nobody knows where its from and what has happened with it. That would be hard to explain to the chain of command.

... IIRC, eBay does not permit firearms sales.

Most local gun stores will let you put a gun for sale through consignment.
You give the gun to the store and the store takes a few percent as commission.
The store will also take care of most of the paperwork.

It's alright 5-0, I think David was just commenting on the sales about ammo because of the information about Ebay slipped into the conversation. It's all good--we don't want any forum conflict..;)

Don't know about the forum being used as a gun sales location, an admin will have to deal with that.
You will need to deal with a FFL dealer on your gun in Cali. I'm not sure about the pre-ban magazines as it is legal for you to own them, but selling them, I'm not sure, again check with a FFL. I know if you do shooting competitions, and you have pre-ban magazines, it is legal, so it MAY be legal to sell them with the gun as they were the original equipment.
If somebody wanted to buy the gun from this site, it still has to be sent to a FFL dealer, so go to a local gun store and check with them. They will be able to answer all your questions.
With the restrictions we have in Calif with guns, why would you want to sell it? It may be better to keep it.
I thought it was implied from my earlier post, but no, I don't have an issue with people listing firearms.... I like eBay but disagree with their prohibition of firearms.
