Does anyone have an idea how much the California highway patrol charge for deploying a unit at a event for crowd control. I know that Fresno county sheriff charges like 80 per hr.

no my dad and his buddies were plaining an upcoming event. They spend over 96k each year with fresno pd, just thought it would be cool to switch agency.

Actually, if you contact the nearest office of the CHP and present a proposal for service, they will forward it to their Division chief who will make an evaluation. If it is valid, it will be forwarded to Sacto HQ and reviewed. If approved, you will be notified.
