I turn in my PHS and now I am waiting for the BI to contact me, I lost the list of paperwork that is needed, does anyone have the full list handy?
I think I have everything, so when I went to go double check the list I couldn't find it. could someone post the list of paperwork that is requested for me.

If you're referring to the packet of information needed when the BI comes for your initial visit, it's:

Valid CA Driver's License
Social Security Card
Birth Certificate
High School Diploma
Sealed High School Transcript
Sealed College Transcript
Marriage Certificate
Vehicle Insurance Policies
Selective Service Registration
Recent Photograph

Have one envelope of originals and another of copies. He'll take the copies with him but will want to see the originals

Hopes this helps!

I don't remember them asking for work history from SS or a DMV printout of 10 years. I got a DMV printout just to help me fill out my PHS - the list I posted was everything I turned in to my BI...

Anyone else have something maybe I've missed?

FastbackJack listed exactly what I brought to my BI excluding a current picture of myself. They did take a picture of me the day we took our written psych. I did not have to bring past history from social security or a DMV printout of my driving record. But, I did get a 5 year printout from the DMV for my own personal records. It refreshed my memory on traffic citations I recieved that I would have otherwised forgotten. I also went to my insurance agent and got a printout of all my insurance claims as well, just to double check I didn't forget anything. I don't think you can ever be too prepared. Having those documents to use as references just give you that extra piece of mind.

Each Division may request slightly different items, that would explain the discrepancy.
