hey guys and gals!! My friend was visiting Cali from charlotte N.C. We were hangingout. Cuting to the chase, well he told me that there were alot of phantom cop sightings in Charlotte N.C. He himself actually got pulled over by one, him not being the driver. Well the cop cite the driver for loud music out in the countryside 2 am(:hitwall: i will never understand why some people enjoy torturing ones ear drum). Well court day comes and the judge say officer ##### been decease for #% amount of years, and let them go. Also advising them that they are not the first ones to encounter this situation. Thing is that the description matches the officer picture:shock:. I've heard few similar stories in the past around fresno too. Friant dam, table mountain casino is notorious for phantom bus and cop sightings. My teacher from highschool use to be a fire captain up in the hills of friant dam, and he use to tell us similar stories :think:. Any comments or stories?
