Actually it is a suicide jumper holding a knife to his throat. He fell becuase he kept swinging the knife at the officers. He broke a few bones but lived. The officers and Sgt are out of the Santa Ana office. I think the incident happened about 4 years ago. Great picture.

I thought it was a newly promoted Lieutenant and they are all wanting to tell him what they think of him before letting go. The guy on the left just finished with his remarks. It looks like the Sergeant will be the last one to make remarks before the coup d'gras......

i thought the officer on the left just wanted his pen back...u know the one you buy at the px they come in pairs...
