Wow...only 12k?

I know some people LOVE their old cars and what not...I have a 16 year old car that I couldn't put a price on...well, maybe I could but it would far exceed blue book. Anyhow, I would love a Korean War era Army Jeep...I have always wanted one. That being said...for a vehicle that old, even with it fufilling my dreams, I wouldn't pay more than $500 for it. I guess I'll never own one. Or does this just mean I'm cheap?

Btw, not trying to bag on you for trying to share your passion for the classics. I'm just trying to post mindless bable in hopes of hitting that elusive 1000 posts mark!

Yes you're cheap. WW2 jeeps are in the $5 to $15K range these days, as always depending on condition. A MUTT is probably cheaper though.

Sadly, as cool as I think they are, I'm willing to bet I would tire of it quickly and probably never drive it.

Always did like the pushbutton transmission until I drove it. I kept trying to find something to do with my gear shift hand.
That 383 was a pretty good powerhouse too.

I believe it's going to be on craigslist for a while at 12K
