Congrats nobody, I was just wondering since I think you are the only other hopeful that I see in here out of Border Division if you have been contacted yet by your BI? I turned in my PHS and Committment Letter on 10/26 and was hoping maybe you had heard something...Thanks.

Hey nobody,just got my call today from the Border Div. B.I and he told me he had been assigned my case and that to be patient since he had a couple of others backgrounds he had to finish up first. He said he is going to be pushing for me to make it into the May academy and said he hasn't yet heard of the March one yet but if there is one in March then he will try to hurry things along for that one since he knows I am being discharged in March. He also wanted to have an update on my laser removal tattoos that I put on my app. that were currently getting removed and wanted them to be close to gone before I get to the academy. Real cool B.I and hopefully we'll get to my initial interview soon. Just giving you an update and wanted to see where you were with your process.. Ray

Still waiting on being contacted by my BI. Been about 3 months no contact. I'm going into BI for SDPD.

Is there anybody out there that tested with Border this last cycle and what is your progress been looking like? I thought I would be able to transfer my file up to L.A since I am getting discharged from the Navy and leaving San Diego back to L.A. My B.I just told me that I have to finish the testing process with the Div. I applied with. It's cool though cause I know that people come from farther places to get this job (career).Let me know if anyone has any other info about there timeline,lates... Ray
